Most important: Don't toast any food in this until you've run 2 or 3 emplty cylces. There's a new machine smell that needs to burn off. Then - get prepared to enjoy the most perfect toast. This machine produced lovely, evenly browned toast that is a perfect texture - not dried out like many toasters do. Also, this toaster is lightweight and has convenient cord management that keeps the cord in place. I'm quite happy with my purchase and i recommend it.

Coming from a Cuisinart where one of the levers broke off, and complaints by my husband that it never toasted whole grain bread dark enough, I decided to try this unknown brand toaster. It is amazing. Slots are big enough. It toasts darker (looks like the element wires are thicker than the Cuisinart) and the lever is able to be pushed up to raise your bread, if it is too short to grab after it pops up. And for those wanting the bagel function to only toast one side, it does do this.

It roasts maximum 4 slice a time, fast supply for a family’s breakfast. In addition, 2 different browns a time, satisfied different needs. There are enough adjustable functions-how brown, one side or two sides roasting. With the foldable racks, it fits not only sliced bread, but all shapes ones. It is easy to clean the surface, and I believe metal is more durable than plastic.

I am happy to find this toaster to replace a 20+ years old Toastmaster toaster that just broke and stopped working.
I like the little rack I can use to warm up irregular shaped baked goods like muffin, small buns, dinner rolls, croissants if I am too lazy to use an oven at all. Very effective and great price.
Hope it works for long time. I am happy with my purchase. The light yellow color is like cream color which is very smooth looking to the eyes.

The right side is totally inconsistent. Either burns or raw no matter how we set it. The warmer racks are great unless the right side is not working properly.
It is a challenge to clean. The trays are small and don't fit well. Would not purchase again.

After a very short period of time the right hand side of the toaster no longer worked. If you put toast in it you could not get it to stay down very disappointing because I did love the bagel portion of it because it actually only toasted one side of the bread as many toasters toast both side even though they call it a bagel toaster

This is a high powered toaster! I usually use it on 2-3 with wheat toast and it really browns. Loved the cute of white color of this toaster, one of my main reasons for choosing it.
One note is that w hen I first used the toaster I ran it a couple times without bread to burn off the synthetic smell from the factory… not sure why it smelled so bad, but I just fried it off till it was gone and then toasted bread thereafter. I don’t use the warming rack much though I thought it was a cute addition.

The main thing I look for is the bread toasting function, and this toasts evenly and quickly. I like the way you can dial in a setting and it has a lit cancel button. It appears well-made and was carefully packaged. The instruction manual suffers from language translation, but it's easy to understand. For the price, I think it's a great buy.
