The quality of ground beef from the stores is horrible. I cannot eat Anything with gristle or bone chips or bunches of fat in it. Makes me ill. But that's all you find in the stores. I thought I'd try this out. I buy my own beef and grind it myself. I can see exactly what is going into that machine. Finally, I can eat things with ground beef in them again. Tacos, lasagna, hamburger steaks n gravy mmmm. I love how easy this is to use n clean.

I ordered this becauae I was getting ready to butcher my own homegrown meat and didn't have anything to do with the scraps but figured I could make hamburger. Which I did. And thus product worked sooo amazing. The hamburger came out lovely.

Cut venison and carrot into chunk and then put them into this grinder, works well and feel the grinder is very powerful.

I am glad I did because I had the cutting blade facing in the wrong direction. When I turned it around it ground the meat as fast as I could fill it. Great machine. It could be a bit heavier but I am more than satisfied with the results. Really fast!!

Unboxing this meat grinder was equivalent to Christmas morning opening presents! On fist glance this unit is sleek well designed and the finish is perfect. Really looks like a high end product. I enjoy making my own sausage and hamburger meat, we decided to make some chili and after cutting up some cubes of meat I was ready to put this grinder through it’s paces.
